Specially designed sponge balls are pumped with the flow of water from the cooling tower to move in the tubes to accumulate the deposited scales in it. Once the balls comes out its trapped by a uniquely designed ball trap and guided to the ball collector where its rinsed and kept ready for the next cycle which takes place every half an hour.
